We love Finchel cleaning services! I have known this company since I was a little girl. My parents always loved this company, and I fell in love with them too. Coming home to a sparkling clean house is essential. I have tried other cleaning services when I didn’t live in the area, and no other company compares. My home shines, and there is not a speck of dust! 5 stars!

Excellent weekly cleaning at my own home. Ladies are timely, office communicates if they will be early and the team is efficient and out quickly. We also used them to do a deep clean on a rental we owned and were very pleased with the services and professionalism!

We have been long-time customers of Finichel Cleaning Services. At our most recent cleaning (a deep-cleaning post the COVID hiatus), her team broke an item of significant value in our home and left a note saying that Elizabeth would be in touch to discuss. When she reached out, we suggested two free cleanings in place of the value of the broken item (a hand-made, one-of-a-kind piece from Jamaica). She said the couldn't do free cleanings, but that she could offer reimbursement for the item. We have been using this services for some time now. To be 100% honest I am not sure why we used them for as long as we did. We consistently had issues with them being on time. My family all works on site but I would work from home so I could see what kind of work they did. We were courteous enough to do light cleaning for them before they came and provided cleaning materials for them. Yet they would consistently not clean the counters in the kitchen. The one lady that was normally in the kitchen would simply take cleaner and spray the floor and drag her foot with a paper towel along the floor. Long time clients of theirs-2 plus years. Only gave them two stars since they have never stolen an item. They broke a mirror and never replaced it. They broke glasses. Always complained about the cleaning supplies we provided. They would move things around and stuff it in a corner instead of putting it back. They always skipped one room every time in addition to the one my husband slept in after night shift. Never dusted w product-just dry dust. My home is 4,000 sq feet. It should take longer than hr but they were always in and out in about 1 hr.
