Finish First Home Repair

It all started out great, no complaints! Windows were done good, upstairs bath remodel went great. But when it came to the major remodel downstairs he short cutted work, kept hounding me for the next check, now he has disappeared for 2 weeks only showing up for one full day. My tile floor is popping, sloppy painting of cabinets( has runs on front and back of cabinet doors), never finished sanding, buried my baseboards when he put the new floor in. Now the base boards either have to be cut or floor has to come back up. Poor drywall work. Two cabinets look like they are falling off the walls. Dan Logwood has taken all the money and left me hanging. He does not respond half the time to texts or phone calls. Everything was suppose to be cleaned as well before he left, which never happened.
