Finish Line Septic

It was Friday afternoon around 4:30pm when I got home and found out that my septic tank had backed up or had a clog. I immediately got on the internet and searched for septic tank services and started calling down the list. Many services I called advertised 24/7 emergency service but the companies that I called could not come and service my septic tank till the next day or the following Monday. Finish Line Septic was the 7th or 8th company down the list. I immediately got someone on the phone and I explained my issue. They said they would be at my house at 6:00pm. They promptly showed up and removed the clog and pumped my septic tank. It is 7:45pm and the issue is resolved. No up selling or any gimmicks. They were straight forward and fair in pricing. I cannot begin to give enough praises to Finish line, I’m absolutely blown away with their speed and candor. There is nothing quite like the toilet overflowing during the baby’s bath time on a Saturday afternoon. After an emotional call to my favorite plumber and what felt like 100 calls to different septic services, my husband called Finish line and they had us scheduled for their next available. Which was great, I was making arrangements to take our children to the grandparents to get them away from the sewage smells and water all over our bathroom. During that, they called back to see if we would like to come out right then, at 6pm on a Saturday night. I was very satisfied in the company also very satisfied with the customer service. I could asked for a better company very professional came out on the weekend and help me out when I needed it. I recommend this company to anybody out there as I am a plumber. Also, he was 100% honest with everything that was going on. Had a clog in my plumbing on Christmas Day and Finish Line septic came out the same day to resolve my problem. Matthew was very knowledgeable in what he does and gave me great advice I wouldn’t have known about. He managed to free the clog and gave me multiple options I could take. I’m very thankful for them coming out and glad I decided to go with this company. He seemed very honest in his work and was very friendly. Will definitely have them as my go to for any future septic tank pumping and upkeep and will 100% recommend them to friends and family.
