Alan with Piece of Mind Home Inspectors was a pleasure to work with! He did a phenomenal job of inspecting our new construction home (August 2024). He was extremely thorough, made sure we understood our inspection report, and was on time - our builder had a window for him to perform the inspection and he showed up for us! Very reasonably priced too! The items that came back on the inspection report were fixed by the builder, truly leaving us with the peace of mind every homeowner should have.

We had an unusual home sale. We moved from Florida back to our roots in Georgia and had to move fast in order to close one house and buy the other. We were unable to visit the house in Georgia ourselves. Our daughter did a facetime with us but we really wanted to be sure the house would not need any major repairs. We were put in touch with Alan via our realtor. He went out the next day and quickly gave us a detailed report. One item he found was a exhaust fan blowing in not out as needed. This was brought to the attention of the owner and fixed before we moved in. The other issues that Alan found were spot on and gave us peace of mind so we could move forward on the sale.
