Nothing but headaches. Stain faded within 1st year. Had to chase James to get him to warranty the work. And when he finally did come back to re-stain the deck he simply stained it without sanding or prepping it and you can clearly see where the table rug and grill rugs were. And on top of that he got stain on my patio block in multiple areas. He clearly rushed because he wasn't get paid to perform warranty work. Sent him an email of the attached pictures and he didn't even respond.

His expertise and dedication were evident throughout the entire process. James skillfully removed the old washer that was wedged in a tight space, allowing us to install a new one. I have hired Finish Masters Builders Corp to do work for me several times in the past few years. Most recently, a car backed into my house and drove off when I was not home and my neighbor was unable to get a plate number. James came over, gave me an estimate, and completed the work a couple of weeks later. He was willing to come on one of my days off so I did not have to take a day off from work. Additionally, the price he charged was the price he originally quoted me. (I have had other contractors quote one price and then demand more at the end because they found something “additional” that “needed” to be fixed). James is always professional and polite. I have friends who have hired him and they have also been pleased with his work. I recommend him for your contracting needs

I had the best experience purchasing an engraved mug for my father in law. I contacted FMB online and they were quick to get back to me and helped me customize the perfect cup. I also found some awesome wooden ornaments for my family. I'm truly thankful for their help, professionalism and amazing product.

Unfortunately, I found this company unprofessional. An appointment for someone to come out for an estimate was scheduled and occurred over one month ago. I was told I would hear back with an official estimate, and have not heard anything since that first meeting. Comment at assessment made recommending a certain type of railing, “especially if there’s going to be lots of parties”, questionable comment but more important, clear lack of communication. Unsure if this is due to being a female and my husband not being at the meeting or if communication is that poor.
