I hired this company to cut down two trees in front of my house, and Tim came to start the job, but while doing the job hit a powerline I took out my neighbors cable. I explain to Tim that things happen and we communicated with my neighbor to have the cable company come out and fix it. Tim immediately stopped working, and said “I don’t wanna take any more chances today so we’re gonna call it quits”, And in return I told him I really don’t understand the logic behind that. I told him to give me a call to let me know what time he will be coming back tomorrow. Tim was very unprofessional! He never called me back, nor did he show up to finish the job.
