At PacRim Properties LLC, we recently worked with Fire & Flood Services for a water mitigation project, and our experience was very positive. Although this is our first time partnering with them, their team was professional, responsive, and thorough throughout the process. They communicated clearly about what needed to be done and kept us updated on timing and next steps, which made coordinating the project much smoother. Their crew worked efficiently and showed attention to detail in addressing the water issue. Overall, Fire & Flood Services was easy to work with, timely, and effective in completing the job. We look forward to working with them again on future needs.

It takes a lot for me to say this.. Do not use this company. I have now been contacted by half a dozen people asking me to help them work through their issues with this company. One person stated he signed the contract, but it took them several months to secure and winterize the property, which caused further damage. He was told he would never owe money because they “work until the money is gone and then request another draw.” However, at the end, he was handed a six-figure bill. Our experience with Fire and Flood Services, Inc. left much to be desired. While there were some positive aspects, the overall service fell short of expectations, and the response to our complaints from the owner was disappointing. To start with the positives, the delivery and setup of the dry out fans were handled efficiently, and the people we interacted with were friendly. Kudos to the team members responsible for this. However, the problems arose in various aspects of the service. The issues with communication and material removal were particularly concerning. We faced delays and miscommunications from the beginning, with technicians arriving late and not as promised. The real problems began when they removed the vinyl plank flooring and drywall. Fire and Flood services isn't finished with my home yet. However, I couldn't wait to tell everyone how absolutely amazing they are. My house caught on fire and they were here that day on a weekend to assess damage and sent a cleaning crew out the next day to ensure my home was as safe as possible. They have been there anytime of day I have wanted to call them and worked me step by step through the whole insurance process. As I have never had to claim anything on insurance before this was extremely helpful. I would recommend their services to anyone I know and actually already have. I will post again once the job is complete.
