Juan and his crew helped us greatly through a process that we had never been through, with getting our roof replaced on our first home due to weather damage. We have never felt more trusting towards someone and their knowledge. Juan and his crew worked extremely quick and efficiently. Juan was able to make the process understandable for us as a couple who has never gone through this kind of big thing. His patience, kindness and knowledge are recommendable to anyone who may need similar services. We are very thankful for the great work!

Firebird did good work. Rudy persisted in getting to view and assess our roof for potential hail damage. I'm really glad he did as he was able to document damage that ended up being covered in a claim due to hail damage.It was the end of the season last fall and another roofer was unable to get back to us for an assessment. Rudy was informative and very personable to work with. He followed up on our questions and got back to us when some issues came up. Workers were fast and diligent. Great job cleaning up, even coming back the next day to make sure everything was clean and in order. I would highly recommend Firebird and would definitely use them again.

Rudy and team did an excellent job fixing our roof after some hail damage. Work was done in the expected amount of time and looks great. They took great care of our home and cleaned up nicely after they were done. They also helped with the insurance side of things and there were no surprises along the way. Firebird exteriors replaced both my home and garage roofs last fall. Rudy came by my house one day and offered to do a free hail inspection. I was not even aware there had been a hail storm as I had been out of town when it happened. Rudy was not pushy at all and there was no pressure. I (somewhat skeptically) agreed and it turned out to be the best decision I made! Rudy helped me navigate the insurance claim. They pulled all the permits and were extremely knowledgeable about the city codes I was asking questions about. There was very little I had to do.
