Charlie provided top notch service! Our water heater went out and started leaking over Memorial Day weekend. He responded to me immediately and was at our house within a few hours to put in a new one and haul away the old one. He was pleasant to work with and had reasonable pricing. Charlie quoted me $900 cheaper than a bigger company in Albertville to fix some pipes in the basement for our new tub and shower. He left everything the way it should be. I had to paint yet so he left me some extra tube to cut off for faucet. The delta installation video had me cut it too short. Charlie made it right back out and got a longer tub on for me and finished the installation of the faucet for tub. Thanks Charlie! Everything is working well!
