I provided Ray with the insurance claim information, choose which shingle I wanted and Ray and team did the rest. Hassle free experience!

This is the second time we've worked with The Rondo’s Construction to fix the hail damage we had to our roof and siding on our house. I’d say he’s one of the best contractors we’ve ever worked with. He was very thorough, professional and his communication throughout the whole process was great. When the insurance company was not going to give us a full siding replacement because they said we could color match, Ray took the initiative to work with them to get the complete job done. The quality of work that his team did was outstanding!

We had a great experience working with Rondo’s construction. Ray came highly recommended from friends and family in the community. When we had a hail storm come through and damage our home, Ray was quick to respond and come out. He explained what we had for damage and walked us through the steps. We never felt like we were being taken advantage of. He was an advocate on our behalf with the insurance agents/adjusters, making it a very smooth and easy process. Would definitely use again if ever in the future!

Hail damage on my house and pole barn forced me to find a contractor. I haven’t had very good luck with contractors in the past so I went into this with a negative attitude. The Rondo's Construction came up on Google, was local and had good reviews, so I called and talked to Ray Rondo. I’m so glad I made that call! Ray made the whole process easy, and he had MY best interests in mind when working with the insurance company and throughout the project. He had everything completed ahead of schedule and his team did a fantastic job! It’s nice knowing that the next time I need a contractor, Ray is just a phone call away! Edit :Sept 2023 After moving we had hail damage in our new house, The Rondos were the first people I thought of after the door knocker left. We made some modifications from just doing the roof, and Ray was more than willing to help. 8 years later, I would still recommend them. Original: I had some wind damage to the shingles on my roof. A co-worker recommended I talk to Ray about it. Turns out it was covered under my insurance, and I managed to get the whole thing replaced. The whole experience was great from start to finish, Ray is a very easy guy to talk to, he doesn't give the runaround on stuff. Would definitely recommend these guys.
