Our experience with Ryan Harelson/Firefly Electric was and continues to be extremely negative. After being hired to replace a residential electrical panel and being paid approximately half of the total cost as a deposit, a series of unprofessional actions occurred that led to our dismissing him as our contractor. These included erroneously stating that the new panel could remain in the existing location, unnecessarily directing us to move an existing water line at our cost to accommodate the new panel, failing to inform us that a tree would need to be significantly trimmed, multiple cancelling/re-scheduling of the proposed work, and demanding additional money. SRP conducted a pre-work inspection and stated that the panel would need to be moved approximately 20 feet from its current loca

Firefly Electric did an amazing job. I will recommend them to friends & family, and will be using them again for any electrical work that I need at my home (I had used them for a rental property I own). If you're looking for a company for electric work look no further! They are worth the (short) wait, as they are busy for a reason! Not pushy at all for quotes and explain what could impact price. Very reasonable pricing for extremely high quality work. Trevor was awesome; friendly while remaining professional. Most importantly, though, honest, efficient and effective completing high quality work. Answered any questions I had, showed me anything I needed to see, and confirmed with me before leaving that the work that was requested had been completed to my liking, as well as double- checking

Replaced two GFCI outlets. Professional, thorough, did a great job at a fair price. Highly recommend. It's one year later and I need an electrician. Called Firefly and they went out of their way to help solve my electrical problem. Courteous, friendly, professional, and unexpected next day follow up to make sure all was repaired. Can't say enough positive about this company.

Ryan came out to install some exterior lighting and security cameras at our house. He was fantastic! He got the job done quickly, was polite, and made sure that everything was working properly before he was finished. It’s always great when the owner of the company maintains his skills by doing work in the field and meeting customers face to face. Thank you Ryan and Firefly Electric! I used Firefly Electric for the first time today and the experience was the best I've had. Ryan was responsive and on time. He immediately found my issue and fixed it within the 15 minutes. Before contacting Firefly, I had George Brazil out and they didn't diagnose my issue correctly and gave me a quote for $3,000. Using Ryan and Firefly, I found the issue was only a $125 and 15 minute fix. I highly recommend them. Thank you again!
