I would NEVER refer this company to anyone. I filed a claim with my warranty company and they sent Firefly. I had an appointment window of 8a-5pm so I took the day off since it was 95 degrees and I couldn't stand to wait any longer. The guy showed up at 938 pm, said the unit was fine just dirty and low on freon, he charged me for Freon and sprayed the unit with a hose and he left. It was cold for 4 days then broke again. I called warranty company, then called him back and he told me that I shouldn't go through the warranty company he could just replace the unit if I went through his company. As I told him I pay alot for warranty and want to keep it going through them, he never returned my calls or messages. The next day my warranty company sent an alert that they rebooted appointment

Goes above and beyond working with warranty company and work schedule to replace my AC. Very rare to find such a courteous, diligent, and capable technician. Highly recommend.
