Gene runs this company, and he has good, committed, professionals working for him, as Joe was the one to come out and do the work. Gene understood what I needed, he helped me get a bypass switch for a generator installed, along with directions, a follow-up walk-through and just a general Q&A on all the questions I had. Our power went out on only part of our house during a wind storm. We assumed it must be inside but we called a few electricians and Gene responded at 5pm. The advice he gave us saved $$ and it was the Power company that had to fix the issue outside the house. I don't know too many contractors that would pass up charging to come out and diagnose a problem. Highly recommend them for their honesty!
