Came to service boiler and after boiler locked out multiple times over next few days. Never had an issue in 6 years until the day after these people touched it.Then they want $275 an hour to come fix what they broke. Find someone more experienced!

This is the fourth oil company I've tried and they have been the best. Good prices, no nonsense, deliver in time, courteous. During this cold snap of Jan 2018 they were inundated yet still sent an email saying they'd do their best to come by a certain day. And they did--their lines were all busy but they delivered my oil sometime between 11pm Sat and 7am Sun!!

Summary: I am reviewing this company as having 1 star after having been yelled at by the company owner over the phone, who was neglecting my concern that his technicians actions may have caused by expansion tank to fail. Specifically, my boiler started spurting water on my basement floor less than 45 minutes after the technician had performed the yearly servicing. That had never happened before. The owner believes that this is strictly a coincidence and that the $242 repair is not covered under the $345/year service contract. When speaking with the owner, he stated both, that they do nothing with the water system, and that they sometimes add water to raise the pressure.
