I couldn't be happier with my new gas log/burner I purchased from Fireside Advisors. I just love it, it's beautiful. Fireside Advisors are awesome. Very knowledgeable. They do great work. I shopped around the area and was not happy with any of the other fireplace companies. I so so glad I went with Fireside Advisors. The installation was perfect. The owner, Aaron Bush, is such a great person to deal with, extremely knowledgeable. His customer service is over the top, the best around. If you are in the market for a fireplace gas log/burner set or other fireplace products don't hesitate to go with Fireside Advisors. Truly the best. You won't be sorry!

Was super easy and great to work with throughout the entire process! Aron made sure to get the fireplace exactly how we envisioned it and the team executed the work perfectly! They kept the house clean throughout the tear down of the old fireplace and install of the new fireplace. Highly recommend for any fireplace projects!!

Nervous at first knowing I had a vision, I could not be more pleased with the transparency and attention to detail. Aaron made the process so easy and it was clear. This company is fantastic. I am in the construction business, and had Aaron and his guys come and renovate my fireplace. Due to the lack of time and lack of experience in fireplaces, I hired Fireside Advisors. I am glad I did. They turned a wood burning fireplace into a linear gas fireplace and it looks unbelievable. I had them supply and install the fireplace, and I did all the carpentry and cabinets. Although it is not finished yet (no fault of Fireside Advisors), I am so pleased with Aaron and his teams work. I am going to hire them again to come back to do the stone veneer ,as well, once the cabinets are in. I would highly recommend this company to do work for you. Pictures are of an incomplete job. Called Fireside in Cortland to repair both fireplace units. Great experience. Aaron Bush did a fantastic job tracing and repairing our big gas unit and replaced a few parts on our other (older) gas unit that we were thinking about replacing, now it works great! Thank you Fireside!!
