John Sprague Carpet Cleaning

I had three rugs cleaned by John Sprague Carpet Cleaning dropped off this morning. This is a truly excellent company. When I first called I was given a quote and pickup time. The pickup was right on time and it turns out I was mistaken as to the material of these rugs and I was told the cost would be less than quoted. I received a call that there was an issue with one of my rugs that required it to be re-cleaned with a different detergent and I was asked if that was ok and for the drop off to be another day. The gentlemen called this morning and politely asked if I would mind if they came by early as they were running ahead of schedule. I was thrilled as now I can do whatever I need to do with my day. The service they provide is top notch! Very easy to book a cleaning, they called me the day before with a time they would arrive which also served as a reminder and the technician called while on the way so I could get to the house. Shawn and his partner were very professional but also personable and really nice guys. The carpet they cleaned was older and tired (frankly I thought should be replaced) but they brought it back to life and it looks great again. If you’re reading reviews do yourself a favor and just book these guys, you will be happy.

We were very happy with the service. It was easy to book an appointment, they sent a reminder the day before, and they let us know when they were on the way. They did a great job, and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend John Sprague.

Before writing my review I read some of the others & have to say.. John, you are extremely professional and I hope you also get recognition for that often too. John & a young man cleaned my carpets today in under an hour. I live on the top floor of an apartment & idk the last time the floors have been cleaned. The results are outstanding. The price was BEYOND reasonable. (Especially compared to Stanley Steamer lol) $170 for 3ish rooms and a very small hallway. Thank you, BOTH!!!!

Andy and Jeff came to the house, on time and called before they arrived so I had an opportunity to prepare for them to be here. They were incredibly patient with me (and I’m a scattered momma with a touch of OCD!). The work was exceptional, having moved everything and cleaned under 7 children’s’ beds and up 15 stairs, and were thorough in the explanation and expectations. Communication was incredibly helpful as they advised me of the cost breakdown. The value of the service provided made the price incredibly palatable and I’ll certainly be having them back to do the tile floors as well! Thank you gentlemen!
