I purchased a KitchenAid fridge to replace a Viking that had served us well for over 15 years. Albert assisted me with the purchase and was patient throughout that process. Unfortunately, everything fell apart when it came time for delivery and installation. I spoke with Albert on Thursday, April 7. He mentioned the delivery could be scheduled for either Monday or Tuesday, and I confirmed that either day worked. He also let me know there would be a $250 fee to remove the old fridge, which I was fine with. To my surprise, the delivery was never scheduled. I had to follow up myself and was then informed that the original delivery person was unavailable. They had to send someone else who charged $375 instead of $250.
