Currently having an air leak issue with our home and, honestly, had no idea where to start. I called this gem of a human and although he is not able to help with our specific issue, he spent time on the phone brainstorming and googling with me to try to figure out what test/service I need and who in my local area can provide it. I mean, gosh! He was so helpful! Not to mention, after we hung up, he sent me a text with the googled info he had found (which I appreciate because I’m not proficient in matters like this). You end up with an in depth detailed report showing issues with an easy system that puts together a repair request sheet.
