Robert was absolutely great the first year, literally did the best work ever . I’m not sure if he has so many clients he just can’t get to them all but he was supposed come to my home April 2 never showed up. I contacted him April 10 via text and phone call. Never heard anything several times in May and in June I was even very worried about him until his voicemail said that he was out of town the week of Memorial Day weekend I’ve been a good client and always gotten along great with Robert and love his work, but I don’t think this is how you should treat a good client at the very least respond back I even put this review but because I really wanted Robert to come to work at my house I held out too long and now since I have a lot of land, a mouse is in my house, tearing up my insulation bec

Never even thought to leave a review, but I have been a customer for a few years now. If I have a pest problem and I call, that problem is no more. Period…. Wasps, spiders (I live in a house that was built in the 40s) mice, we’ve had it all. After he services I have ZERO problems almost immediately. He’s gone out of his way to treat areas around our children’s toys, and he always sends a reminder. I was not surprised to see 100+ FIVE STAR reviews! Can’t go wrong here

We recently used Robert with JNS Pest Control and had a great experience! Robert was able to get to us very quickly! He was very thorough and explained everything to us. He gave us lots of tips and tricks to help things even more! He treated for everything that we have been having issues with and more! He is very personable, kind, and easy going. We would highly recommend him, and we will continue to work with him in the future! We are so thankful for his help!

Amazing company! Robert came for an emergency service after hours to treat our home for a wasp infestation. We are so grateful for his kindness and willingness to go out of his way to help us. I couldn’t even leave my house during the day because of the wasps and I’m looking forward to using my porch again!
