I can't say enough good things about the team over at firm stone. Every time I call them up they treat me like a member of their community and it feels like they're concern is more about making sure we are taking care of rather than purely profit driven. They are always courteous and very quick to respond when I repeatedly run out of oil because I never watch my tank closely enough. Really one of the best companies in the area to deal with

Ordered oil 2 weeks ago, still nothing delivered and my invoice is paid in full. Keep being told my oil is on the next truck and nothing. No communication, no calls about delivery attempts, NOTHING!!!

A heartless company, no customer loyaly. They are all about the money and not the customer. I called friday (Nov-23-2018) 'morning' told them I was 'out' of oil ( a long time customer over 17 years) Weather has been in single digits, I'm 62 years old with health issues. They said they will deliver when they can!!! They are closed saturday and sunday. They never delivered oil friday (a emergency situation) So I am out oil (heat) til Monday (if they deliver monday) This is second time they did this to me. Ever since Locklin oil (a customer loyal company) sold to Firmstone (a money loyal company) the company went to hell. If your elderly, sick, on disability or have young children I seriously recommend changing Firmstone oil and get another oil company that actually cares about their loyal
