My family had a great experience working with First American Carpet & Floors. Sediq was very kind and patient. He showed us many examples and answered all of our questions and concerns. The next time we went to the store, he remembered our names. We ended up having all of the floors done throughout our house and we cannot be happier. I was unsure of one piece of flooring and without delay, Sediq had it fixed the very next day. We are now planning on having First American do our countertops. Thank you, Sediq and team!

Over the years we've had our floors updated from carpet to hardwood one room at a time. Eventually, our luck ran out because the store we worked with to install our floors closed. On top of that, the type of hardwoods we had were discontinued. I spent weeks contacting other stores and even manufacturers trying to find the floors we had. First American Carpet did an excellent job, our stairs looks fabulous! We had a pleasant experience from beginning to the end, and we could not be happier with the flooring that was installed. The installation team paid close attention to details and everything looked beautiful. We decided at the beginning of the project to trust Sid & Derrick. They completed our project on time as described, provided plenty of flooring options, and offered a reasonable price.
