First Call Heating & Cooling

We've used first call since we moved into our home 3 years ago and have been so impressed! Love their membership model which gives us peace of mind having regular tune ups. All of the technicians we've worked with have been wonderful, knowledgeable, and honest!

Truly from the first call I felt good about First Call heating. Shelby actually answered the phone and she is very easy to talk to. Lauren V. called me back and we set up a appointment. In 3 days from the time I called, I have a brand new Lennox furnace. It's so quiet and much warmer. Best furnace, great price. Very happy.

Our furnace didn’t work. We called the company that installed our central air. I called twice and still 2 days later have not heard from them. I searched for other HVAC companies and called First Call based on the reviews. We called at 2:00 am. The customer service representative was pleasant and very helpful. She gave me an arrival time of 8:00-10:00am. Alex came at 8:00 am on the dot! Within 15 minutes he found the issue. Our motor had seized up. The furnace was 14 years old. He explained our options replacing the part but would need to order it. The cost of the part & labor and wait time we decided to buy a new furnace. We were given two quotes while he was at our house. Excellent experience with Andrew T this morning. He got my furnace running like a champ. He was thorough & very knowledgeable. I will definitely call them when I’m ready to buy a new one.

The technician was exactly on time. He was very polite and explained everything carefully to me. He did the repairs in an extremely timely manner and gave me good advice on what will be needed in the future. People in the office were very efficient and friendly. They completely understood when I said I didn't want a new part because I will need a whole new unit in a year or two.
