They did an exceptionally thorough job and the report was very well put together and easy to follow. We would use them again without any hesitation at all. Great professional service. They conducted an inspection on a single-family home for which we had an accepted offer. We were on a tight schedule, and they were very cooperative, fitting us into their calendar to accommodate our timeline. The inspection report was informative and precise. The inspector also called me to review the most important findings in the report.

Ryan did an amazing job. He was very knowledgeable and explained each item thoroughly. He was an expert in his field. I learned so much about my house.

Amazing communication, VERY thorough and VERY detailed inspection, extremely friendly people who never shy away from your questions, and gave extremely helpful tips as you walk with them through the house. The only complaint is the very high price. Could it be a tad bit lower, absolutely. But you get what you pay for. And I justify it because buying a property is no small endeavor and you want to be ready for all the challenges to come, and NPI is hands down the most trustworthy.
