I have used this company since I bought my home. The service is excellent from communication, alerts, and responses to inquiries. Additionally, the personnel that arrive at my home for check ups provide excellent service and are always professional. Eduardo has provided service to my furnace and air conditioner a number of times. He is always pleasant, engaging, and competent. He is a great representative for this company.

Excellent service! Carlos informed me if his arrival time, was prompt and courteous. He was efficient; and, patiently (once again) showed me how to program the thermostat.

I’ve been using First Choice for over seven years, and their service has always been outstanding! I manage a few vacation rentals in the Palm Springs area and recently had an issue with the HVAC systems. They came out the same day and fixed problems with both units. I was especially impressed with technician Carlos Portillo, who arrived on time and delivered excellent customer service.

Great service and very thorough. Recommended a few maintenance-add ons for my older system that make a lot of sense. I decided to wait a bit since my system is so old I will likely need a new system that comes with these features. But thoroughly explained and I feel like I made an informed decision.
