SOLA-LITE

Just had two skylights installed today in our cathedral ceiling. Crew arrived on time (even early, but did not bother us), worked quickly and fairly quietly (my toy poodle didn't even bark much) and completed the job quickly. Would definitely recommend them and use them again!

Most people take time to complain while few give praise, this is the later. My experience began with Vivian in sales, what a delightful happy voice. She walked me through details and explained the process and made me feel at ease. After I got HOA approval I contacted Vivian again and scheduled install. Sergio showed up on time and with a happy demeanor (it must be a company requirement). The install took only a couple of hours. Covers were laid to help keep my room clean and wow - everything went seamless. What a joy to work with professionals. We were recommended to this company by our general contractor for solar tube installation. We just happened to call on a Monday, and they were able to install two 14 inch solar tubes the next day. We chose to pay an $80 upgrade, $40 per tube, which qualified the total purchase for a 30% tax rebate. Be sure to do that. It is well worth the money. The lights are fantastic. Our living room had vaulted ceilings and it always felt dark walking in there. Now we are looking for the light switch, thinking we left the lights on. I would definitely recommend this company.

Great initial installation and a fantastic follow-up a few years later due to a manufacturing issue. The response was quick, pleasant and spot on to fix the issue. Definitely recommend Sola-Lite!!!

Last week, I had a solar-tube installed by Sola-Lite. During the process Vivian Buentiempo-Johnson worked with me to get HOA approval, permitting, and scheduling; and, Sergio Vega was responsible for an estimate and installation. I was (and still am!) so impressed with how helpful, patient, customer-oriented, honest, and generally wonderful to work with Vivian and Sergio were. I initially planned to have a solar tube, a whole house fan, and an attic fan installed. Due to the downturn in the economy, I decided to wait for the whole-house fan. Despite the possibility of prices going up, Vivian was gracious enough to send me another quote that would be good for the rest of the year.
