After reading great reviews about First Choice Carpet Cleaning, i decided to reach out and ask about getting the carpet on my stairs cleaned, along with three area rugs. their prices were very competitive, and braxton was super professional. i called around to a few other places too, but ended up choosing this company. they told me they would arrive between 12 and 2 pm, and actually got here at 12:10, which was awesome. braxton and marc explained their cleaning process and the order they would handle each area, so i knew exactly what to expect. they even wore shoe covers to keep everything clean, then got started right away. while they were here, i asked if they could clean one more small area rug for an extra fee, and they happily agreed. everything was done quickly and with a lot of care
