First Choice Electric & Security

Horrendous. They charged me $500 that I will never get back for a simple assessment, a change to 1 new fuse, and then to turn on an HVAC device.... INSANE!!! DO NOT CONTINUE WITH THEM. Their assessment was $150, and the rest was installation/service, which was exceptionally minimal of a service, and they charged me $500 at the end, possibly up-charging me! Unprofessional service and company, overall. They did not give me the $ prior to the job, and then charged me (or up-charged me) at the very end of the very minimal project, that I could have done myself!!!!

Just want to give a shout out to the excellent service we received every step of the way with First Choice. Ben Rios was so helpful and responsive in original selections. A very special shout out to JOE BATTAGLIA who installed and wired the system throughout our home-- and gave the critical and very comprehensive (and patient) tutorial on how to use it. The customer service experience from both Ben AND Joe exceeded expectations, and we would not hesitate to recommend First Choice to anyone in need of Electric, Audio and Security Wiring.

They tried to say that I inherited a previous tenants security plan at $50 a month. Then I was told they would put a lien on my house if I didn’t pay. Unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend
