Chris arrived on scene after a really bad hail storm. He offered a free inspection (like the other 5 people that came that day). He’s energy seemed innocent and honest. I let him go up there. He marked with chalk marks and explained to me that with act of god situations, we don’t pay out of pocket. I was skeptical at first never going through something, but it turned out to be true. After we agreed and got the insurance claim approved, the team installing did a fantastic job. It took them two days to do the gutters, gutter guards, downspouts, and roofing. They were professional and cleaned up afterwards. After all said and done, everything looks wonderful and we got a great warranty as well. This team is highly recommended.

After a terrible storm that recently happened around the area where I live. I desperately needed a new roof but was very skeptical about reaching out to ANY company, (Too many scammers nowadays). I’m old school and the process seemed way too stressful and complicated but after speaking to my neighbors they recommended the project manager Brandon Martinez and mentioned that they had also had their roof,siding,gutters,downspouts and gutter guards installed by his team. The crew was awesome , got to our early and went right to work. They completed our roof in about 8-9 hours. Detailed clean up and really efficient . I am so disappointed. I had done my research regarding First Choice and read all the great reviews so I was confident in hiring them to replace my roof. What a mistake this was. Brandon was quick to come out look at the roof and work with insurance to get my roof replaced. that's where the good service stopped. This has been going on since Mid October and I still do not have a completed roof and gutters. Brandon has ghosted us at least 4 times now, with more excuses as to why the work can't be done then imaginable. I called the main office had to leave voice mail only to get a return call from a young lady telling me not to be upset she was there to help....NOT the case, she took the information and never returned my calls. I am so upset with the horrible service I would give this company

I’m a 76 year old widow living alone. I am aware that many companies attempt to take advantage of women in my situation. Not so with First Choice Exteriors. Chris Guillen inspected my roof, showed me their products, and offered their services at an unbeatable price. His crew did a wonderful job of replacing my roof and, when they cleaned up afterward, left my yard looking better than it did before. I strongly recommend First Choice Exteriors.
