Very easy to communicate with, no friction. Service provider was very understanding and friendly and listened well! I will use Frantz Plumbing again and you should too! And it all started with a frozen/busted pipe.

Frantz came out and fixed a major plumbing issue for us at a house we were remodeling. They saved us by finding stuff that other plumbers had previously missed! They were extremely friendly and did a great job explaining everything to us along the way. The best part was they were priced better than the other quotes we got as well. Would highly recommend them to anyone for any plumbing needs!

"Brad" from Frantz plumbing came to my house 2 hours after I called. He fixed a leaky toilet and installed a couple of bidets in a single hour. Very professional and knowledgeable! He explained what he was doing throughout and offered some really excellent advice on my plumbing system. For example, he advised that it should be perfectly fine to shut off my main water when I go away for a week or so. I always thought that it would wear out the main faucet if I turned it off and on. On the contrary, Brad said doing so would ensure the faucet did not calcify over from disuse. If you have any sort of plumbing issue, or considering remodeling, you will be in sure hands going with Frantz plumbing - I can't thank them enough.

What I like most is you can call, and actually get a person and schedule an appointment for them to do your repair. Unlike others I’ve called, you leave a message and they rarely return your call. I’ll be using Frantz from now on
