Please be aware of who this company stands with. At a time when this administration is taking more and more power, it is important to dollar vote when you can for what is important to you. It is disappointing to see a business be so proud of a person who has been so hateful and divisive to this country.

I read some of their past reviews and couldn't believe some of the negative reviews. My experience was completely different! They replaced my entire home's heating and air conditioning. They beat all other HVAC company's prices, arrived when they said they would, completed everything on time and were some of the nicest people!!! I highly recommend you call them and ask for Mike Flemming! Super great guy and company!!!

This driver was preventing cars from merging onto I95 North this morning and driving over the white line on purpose to prevent the flow of traffic. Everyone has a place to go but First Choice does not own the road and this type of behavior should not be tolerated by any company. This should not be anyone’s first choice if their driver cannot even respect the rules of the road. Do better!

We have a York heat pump that was installed for our new home built by Atlantic. We have had a lot of issues with it, although not ideal First Choice had always fixed the issues and has stood by the warranty. I would not recommend York products though.

Great customer service is what really makes First Choice stand out from the others. If it wasn’t for Marissa’s great attitude and willingness to make things right I’d be looking elsewhere. I called and about an hour later Atila came and found out exactly what was wrong with our unit and fixed it. Not only was he very professional but he was also very informative and educated us about the issue. They will continue to be my first choice! If you do have a problem, call them and I am 100% sure they will be able to resolve your issue :)
