My builder use them for my shower door. It has been almost a year with three tries already, but my door is still making annoying noise! They did not use level to install the door. The whole door is tilted! I have tried to make a repair appointment for almost a month! Hopefully this review will get their attention!

My builder used this company for bathroom shower door enclosure installation. They were sent out to fix the issue because it wasn’t done correctly the first time. If I ever treated customers like they do at my job, I’d be fired. When you greet them at the door, the guy glares at you and says “I’m here for the shower door” and doesn’t acknowledge you. We asked him a simple question, and his response was “we got nothing to do with that” and walked off. I’m not asking for anything more than common courtesy that I treated these technicians with. Absolutely disrespectful and they do a horrible job of shower door installation. They need a serious refresher on customer service and their job duties. If I ever have needs in the future, I will make sure to NOT use this company.

My experience with this company has been absolutely frustrating. I closed on my home in Jan 20th and have been dealing with the nightmare of having my shower enclosure installed properly for almost 4 months. I am dealing with them before I closed my house. One would think after all of the problems we’ve encountered with this install that they would take the time to check and make sure the proper pieces were going out to the job. I hate that I’m stuck using this company because of the contract with the builder I used. Since I have no choice, I’m leaving my review in hopes that someone who does have a choice doesn’t experience the same frustration.

Our builder sent USI First choice to blow in insulation above our 2nd floor ceiling. Brin and his helper went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly. He had extra baffles on his truck, and we needed all of them. Brin answered all of my questions and concerns. I pointed out the areas that were inadequate from the builder, and he corrected everything. I have builders in the family, and it is very nice to experience a professional performing his work. Brin is very conscientious about the execution of his job duties.
