I called First Choice, got an answering machine, and left a message. Jerry, the owner, called me back in less than 20 minutes. He was friendly, informative, and quoted me a price that was very reasonable. He said someone would call me the next morning to schedule a time to come out. The woman who called was pleasant, helpful, and was able to schedule an appointment only two days later. On the day of my appointment, the technician, Robert, arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable about the process and the target critters. He patiently explained where he was placing the bait boxes and why. It has only been 24 hours but so far, I have not seen any additional evidence of infestation.
