We were replacing the windows in our 70-year-old home, and Peter was listening carefully to all our wishes and was very informative about the windows, what was possible, and the installation procedures. He was able to respond to all of my questions. What I really liked was that there were no empty promises or any sales pitches with unrealistic expectations - during the estimation visit, Peter checked with the window company and notified us about the maximum size of the window.
