My air conditioner stopped working the day I was leaving on vacation! First Class responded immediately! They went above and beyond (working with my neighbor, while I was gone) to lessen the stress for me! Dave Rojas followed up with me when I retuned home. I live in Cali in Naples Florida. Your company came out four times and each time they did not fix the problem and they left as a result of this. My condo got full of mold and it's gonna cost me at least $50,000 to fix. What a joke hard people who know what they're doing. I'm gonna sue you. I don't care what it cost.
