I had a leak from the vent in my bedroom ceiling in my condo. My Condo Association contacted Mike from First Plumbing to come out after hours, but he repeatedly gave reasons why there was no point in them coming tonight. First, he claimed it was a roof issue that they wouldn’t be able to fix. However, this is a condo, and I am in the bottom unit, while the top unit has no leaks. Next, he said it was too dark to locate the source of the leak—yet this is inside a home, and I’m sure he has flashlights. Lastly, he mentioned the cost of an after-hours visit, which I was already aware of. Despite continuously giving excuses while adding the phony disclaimer that they’d still come if needed, Mike ultimately stated that he was not sending his team out. Had neutral experiences and no problem up until they added this bright and super distracting LED TV sign advertising random things. They put it right up next to a big, busy and rather dangerous highway. I don't get how people see their profit more important than people while they drive. They're forcing their presence into our faces, there used to be a different LCD sign for a pest control place next-door that just told you the time and temperature, which was actually thoughtful and not dangerous! Shame on them. Will not use anymore.

Some time ago we had a water disaster in our condo and First Class was recommended to us. They were responsive, punctual and professional. Recently we had to have a new water heater installed and First Class responded within a day and installed a new water heater in several hours. They were excellent and the price much less than we were expecting to pay. Highly recommended (Thanks Skip!)

I used First Class Plumbing after a couple years with my regular plumber (and that plumber's regularly deceasing performance). I was nervous because you just never know. But First Class was, well, first class! From my first call to schedule a pipe leak repair to the service call to the price. Professional, knowledgeable and timely. Plus, the cost was about half of what my other plumber was going to charge. I highly recommend First Class Plumbing!

Well apparently my 1 year old water heater was defective and needed to be fixed, so they turned it off. So, I call the company who installed it and they told me nothing is wrong and that these guys (“Worst class” plumbing) were just too lazy to reignite it. Also, had my 13 year old daughter sign off on it without consulting me (I was outside in my backyard), and left before I could even read what left.
