First Class Sprinklers

I called First Class when I realized that tree roots broke one of the water lines for my sprinkler system. Mike showed up this morning and did a great job digging up the roots and repairing the line. Mike is a very nice guy!! He explained what he was doing and gave me advice on how to maintain my system. Without hesitation, I would recommend First Class to anyone needing sprinkler maintenance.

While he was amazing to deal with opening our system, the winterazation of our system was a different story. I talked to him 3 weeks ago about getting our system shut down. Agreed on the following week to have it done. Never called. Talked to my father today and was VERY RUDE. Will no longer use them. I get times are busy shutting everyone down...but to tell a customer that you're not going to call his son to set up a time and you're too busy to come back to our neighborhood is horrible customer service.

Mike is an honest and fair service provider who believes in giving his customers quality and value for their money. Mike takes the time to explain to the homeowner what he is going to do and why. He has solved several issues with my sprinkler system, and he is my go to guy every year for turning on my sprinklers and making sure everything is working properly. First class Sprinklers will do the job right!

Answered my call on a Saturday and gave me a ton of advice about installing a new system. He doesn’t install but gave me some suggestions about what he recommends from a repair persons perspective.

Absolutely top-notch service! Professional, knowledgeable, reliable. Waited over 3 months for two other companies to respond for service. Called First Class Sprinklers last week. Mike immediately returned my call and showed up today to service my system. Within 10 minutes, his company did more with my system than another company did last year, with that company charging over double (even having to return and charging me again).
