First Electric

We originally had our solar installed by Titan Solar who went bankrupt, we were referred over to First Electric to take over our warranty and system. Preston came out for an initial inspection and we found our unit was not working, he spoke directly with the manufacturer and was able to get us a replacement unit ordered. Fast forward to a few weeks later and Preston came back out to install the replacement unit. He was fast and efficient and did a great job even though the replacement was a different size than the old box. We're looking forward to having our solar back in order thanks to Preston and First Electric. Will definately be using them for any future electrical solutions we need.

First Electric has given my family amazing service at maintaining my very large solar system. The original company that installed the system is no longer in AZ. I would highly recommend them if you are the owner of an “orphaned solar system” Preston especially has been quick to respond and gets us back up in no time. And they are all pleasant to work with wich is especially nice!!

I used First Electric to wire in ceiling fans throughout the house, as well as to get my pool equipment up to code. Super friendly technicians and they did a great job. When it came to the pool equipment, there was some weird stuff going on electrically so they said give us a day to brainstorm this to come up with the best proper solution. Big fan of this - they didn’t just rush to finish the work and move on.. they did it right. After they installed the wiring for the fans I got some weird flickering lights in the kitchen. I thought it was related, so I called them and Rob C. came out to troubleshoot. Turns out it was a faulty dimmer switch that had nothing to do with their work! He still fixed it free of charge. Rob was friendly and very knowledgeable, he went right to the problem. I c

Seth and Seth did my battery install and it was outstanding. I've already referred out the company to two friends/clients for work they need done to their home. The solar company (Fusion) that ordered the install was a total cluster and if it wasn't for the Seths I would've canceled the entire install but they were able to clean up the mess for Fusion and get it done right.

11/26 AM appointment. Seth arrived early and was pleasant to work with on my solar project. An earlier visit with Preston and some background photos / e-mails shared made his session much quicker. In virtually no time my complete system was checked and verified. The control application was completely installed on my phone, with all components confirmed as operational. The solar system is now charging the batteries and working as expected. Great job Seth, and thanks for the peace of mind. Mike Sromek
