So I hired First Impressions to build a sunroom addition onto my existing gym structure in November, and I would say overall, they did an amazing job. They listened to my vision and truly brought it to life, and the lead contractor, Brian, was amazing! He definitely saved the day multiple times and went the extra mile to try to fix careless management(i.e., Jay's) mistakes. However, i am only giving them 3 stars because this project wasn't without its share of issues, like ordering French doors that swing inward (without consulting me) when I wanted outward doors, replacing my existing flood light with a cheaper product and installing it in the wrong location ( again without consulting me), having their painter blow a circuit ( which required an electrician to repair), not finishing the op

First Impressions Construction replaced our 30 year old wood deck with composite decking and railings. They torn down the existing stairs, then totally rebuilt them so that those could also be done in composite. The crew worked hard, showed up everyday, are truly skilled, and take pride in their work. They built a strong, beautiful deck that will last a lifetime and stay looking good with minimal effort on our part. I’ve dealt with many contractors yet most I would never use again.
