I hired this HVAC technician, Sam, to install a hot water heater at my rental property in October and to ensure the system had been properly transitioned from oil heat to a heat pump. On the invoice, he documented that the system was “fully functional.” Only 3 months later, I discovered that although the thermostat was set to 69 degrees, the house was only reaching temperatures in the high 40s at night and mid-50s during the day. Sam returned to evaluate the unit and presented several options, all of which were very costly for both me and my tenants. When I questioned how the system could have been considered “fully functional” in October, as he wrote on the bill, he eventually admitted he had not been able to adequately evaluate it at that time. I discovered the water heater leaking on a Sunday morning. Even with Sam’s help I couldn’t figure out how to stop the leak. He came out, turned the water off, came the next day and replaced our 15 year old water heater. Reliable, honest,efficient.

Lynne was very quick to answer any questions we had and get us scheduled. And Sam was extremely knowledgeable, honest, punctual, and respectful of our home. We couldn't have asked for anything to have gone smoother and will definitely be using them for routine maintenance on our boiler!
