FIRST ONSITE Property Restoration

Update: I have a positive update. Dry Patrol/First on Site Reached out to me a couple of months ago. They went above me on to do what they could do to make things right. I honestly think that Management didn’t realize How tough the job went and how bad the first experience was. It seems like they possibly narrowed it down to an employee who is no longer there and once they did this, They came back and didn’t just fix my complaints, they also did some extra stuff for us, Including putting new flooring in the bathroom. There’s one person I would really like to think, not sure he wants his name to mentioned But his initials are DG. He fielded what was probably 100 calls from me, Always got back to me quickly, remained positive through my incessant complaining, and is really the one that mad

Absolutely an amazing crew of people from the office staff to the field technicians and management. Reliable, speedy, and efficient service is clearly their number one priority, and they demonstrate that on every job. I’m calling them every time.

Jordan and his team were amazing. Jordan arrived within hours of calling Dry Patrol. He gave me an estimate for clean up on the spot. He didn't pressure at all, but did offer to get started that day if I was ready. I did want to get the clean up started right away, and he set everything up. They came back to the house most days to check the progress and adjust everything. I feel like the clean up was perfect, everything was dried very quickly and completely. Super professional, detailed, and efficient. Excellent communication throughout, including calling ahead so I knew when they would be coming out (and they were flexible if I needed a different time). Jordan also went above and beyond explaining how it worked with insurance so I knew what to expect. A+ would 110% recommend

I had a massive house fire in April and was extremely weary of the restoration and rebuild process, as it happened to my first home. Finding a company that did both the restoration and rebuild was important to me. I met with a few different companies, but Dry Patrol really stuck with me. The crew was very professional, and the project manager, Dave, was extremely kind and compassionate to work with. He was readily available during any situation. Even Andrea, in the office, was very flexible and worked around my crazy night shift hours to make things happen. They provided bi-weekly check ins and updates, and promoted safety as the number one priority. By the end of the project, they almost felt like family! When we got back from Florida after four months, our basement was flooded from a sump pump problem. Two feet of water and a basement full of mold greeted us. When we called DryPatrol they got us the estimate the next day. We were discourage by the lack of response from three other companies. We decided to go with DryPatrol because our plumber recommended them and said they would do a good job for us. He was right! Everything was always explained to us and they did a wonderful job of restoration. Even though it was pretty much a total demo, they tried to save some special items for us. The workers were very efficient especially the demo crew who worked so hard removing our stuff to the dumpsters. What an experience. With the help from DryPatrol we made it back into our house with clean air
