My dad and I had come to RR appliances after leaving a different sketchy appliance store, and I'm very glad we did! Derrick is an honest, kind and knowledgeable individual. I felt I could put my trust in him and his business. I came for just a washer but ended up leaving with a very reasonably priced washer and dryer set instead. All of the products seem to be tested, fixed up, and cleaned before being put up for sale. There are also multiple ways to transport your appliances. You can transport them yourself, have Derrick and his team deliver it (and install it) for a fee, or rent a UHAUL they have on-site. We decided to wait and borrow a friend's truck. Typically, unpaid holds are not allowed, but the POS was acting up to where we couldn't pay. Derrick apologized and let us know he'd hold

Your prices are very reasonable but your customer service was beyond spectacular! We feel like we have made new friends. Very helpful with my selection, everything was cleaned and fair priced. They delivered, hooked everything up and showed us how it worked. Super nice guys!! Would definitely recommend!

We love supporting family run businesses. Our experience with RR Appliances was exceptional. Our oven just quit heating. We called them and the owner, Derrick, spent time with us patiently listening to our issue and diagnosed that we needed a heating element. We brought the old heating element in and they gave us another one for only $25. But then I looked at their used appliances and ended up seeing one very reasonably priced so bought that rather than wrestling with repairing. They offered a warranty and delivery so went that route. Delivered the next day. Couldn't ask for a more open, honest and fair experience.
