I cannot recommend First Opinion HVAC enough! Tom, who is not only the technician but also the owner, came out and handled my issue quickly and professionally. He was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident about the work being done. Kelsey, his wife, was also incredibly helpful throughout the process. She was kind, responsive, and very knowledgeable about my situation. I reached out via the Thumbtack app after reading great reviews and was contacted back by technician Thomas. He was very quick to respond and very knowledgeable. Once onsite, he was able to diagnose the issue and provided exceptional service. The pricing was very customer friendly. I would absolutely recommend and will be using their services again in the future myself.

After I had my A/C installed and paid. Tom and his wife have stopped answering my calls and text. I am trying to get a rebate on my A/C and having been trying to get ahold of them for weeks. Plus, srp has been trying to get ahold of them, to no avail. Once you have paid, they ghost you. This is the 2nd time this has happened. You have to harass them to call you back. Very unprofessional. They maybe cheaper at first and helpful, but once you have paid and you need help, good luck.

I reached out on our local community Facebook page for help with my Condensor. I immediately received a response telling me that I could have someone at my house the same day for a free visit. Thomas showed up and diagnosed my issue. He fixed a wire antold me that the issue was manageable to take care of by myself the homeowner. Who does that? First Opinion did. I was able to fix my issue and not drop a ton of money. I will tell you that these folks will be my go to in the future because they were interested in building trust and creating relationships. The service I received today was excellent!!! I most definitely recommend them! For having to deal with ac issues for the first time & not knowing anything about it, Thomas helped us and showed us what the issue was. He was truthful and honest and that’s what i appreciate because it’s hard to trust anyone and not get ripped off. He explained the ways to save my ac bill and how to get the air flowing better! But mostly what I loved was Thomas’s wife Kelsey helped me fast! She got me appointments asap and received service the same day! She is such a blessing!
