First Quality Plumbing

We thought we “covered” our basis with the freeze, but failed to recognize that if you have a tankless water heater it is more than likely on the outside because it uses gas. So this morning we were without hot water and found one of the pipes froze and cracked. Jacob, with First Quality Plumbing, was great with his communication, very knowledgeable and quickly fixed the issue. We are now with hot water and better prepared to handle the next couple freezing nights coming up. We highly recommend Jacob and First Quality Plumbing!

I had a leak in a slab. George provided excellent service. He explained the whole water process and how cold/hot water flows into my house. He discussed my issue and options. He was very informative, thorough, and personable. He made my day! It feels great to have hot water again! 😆

First Quality Plumbing was great ! They arrived on time and completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. They were respectful of our home and very friendly. We had issues with a roman tub faucet. It was replaced and works fine now.

Absolutely worth a 5 star rating. First and foremost was their honesty and transparency. We had a multi-service job touching many items from add-on washer hookup and plumbing to faucet replacements and toilet services. All items done on time and on quote. There were no surprises once the work started. This company we feel is very competitive on pricing without sacrificing quality of work. Also when asked about adding service valves to a 10yr tankless water heater for descaling, the plumber strongly advised against that given it had never been descaled. Descaling at that point would have damaged the unit. Instead he advised running it until it stopped, and then doing a replacement. Thus taking a large cost only once. I had such a great service and experience from First Quality Plumbing and specifically Darius! I called and he arrived much earlier than expected which was great! He was the best person for the job, not only was he efficient in finding a solution for my problem, he efficiently got the job completed and he even taught me things as he was working on it! I could tell he truly cares about his job/career and cares about the people he is helping! He has a bright future and I will definitely be asking for him if I ever need it in the future!
