Cole and his team are nothing but amazing. Doesn’t matter what time of day I call them they are always there to lend a hand to our customers who have experienced some kind of water damage to their home. As the owner of a plumbing company who sees many customers with water damage, we know once the call is made to First Response, they are in great hands. Cole and his team of people are extremely easy to work with , efficient and knowledgeable about all things homeowners would be nervous about after experiencing a loss in their homes. We used First Response Restoration for mold removal in the basement. From the very start everyone was a pleasure to work with and took care of our situation quickly and always made us feel like a priority. Christian was our project manager and he was so thorough and professional as were the entire crew that did the demolition and cleaning. From start to finish they made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. I highly recommend this local company and will use them again if we need their services.

Vinnie came to size up the job and did a great job—he fit me into his tight schedule and answered all my questions! He sent a technician for a time that was convenient for me. Chris worked hard to leave everything well done and cleaner than he found it. Both were super courteous.

We called in a state of urgent need, and First Response Restoration was able to get to us the same day. They were so courteous, capable, and extraordinarily easy to work with.
