Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I had a leak in my basement ceiling and I contacted Roto-Rooter-Westchester. I had done some work with them before so I was confident they would do a good job and they didn’t disappoint. Kirk and Ryan showed up to help locate the source and explained everything as they worked until they were able to locate the source of the leak. They both were very professional in handling the job. I highly recommend them.

We had an issue with the main drain line in our condominium complex on a Friday evening. By 8:30 AM Saturday the technician showed up and was able to assess the problem, give an estimate, and commence service. The power snaking of the drain was finished within an hour. The technician was respectful of our space and very clean in his performance.

Elvin Gonzalez was our tech. He came out, got to work on the issue and was done in 20 minutes at most. Very friendly and professional. I’ll call him before attempting my own repairs next time.

Called them to snake sewer line to septic as it was clogged. Guy shows up says $689 plus tax. I said absolutely not. He said they can do a 25% discount. I said absolutely not again. He went and called his boss. Comes back in and says the price is $350 plus tax. I threw him out. Prices are completely made up. Awful business practices. Would never recommend to anyone. Snaking a 20ft sewer line is not worth a penny more than $300. Tops.

Elvin was extremely Professional and was the most professional rep I have encountered with this company! He went above and beyond to ensure the area was left cleaner than he found it! He said he has worked for the company for 7 years- keep him around guys!
