We had a great experience with FRS! We had mold in our crawlspace and they were amazing to work with! They were professional, very knowledgeable, and explained the entire process clearly. They did everything we asked and also showed up when they said they would. When I had questions I was able to just text them! Definitely recommend. They made the entire process easy!

My water heater had leak that I found new years eve day. I called a few other companies that people that installed my new water heater recommended. These other companies never called me back. Then I got First Response info and called them. They came the very next day. Everyone involved was very helpful and answered all my questions, esp Anthony and Travis!! I would definitely use this company again and will recommend to my friends!! Thanks Anthony and Travis for all your help!!

In preparing to move from our home we found unresolved water damage. We knew who to call right away. Anthony, Hayden, Travis, Gabe, and the rest of the team were so kind, considerate, and professional as they walked us through each step of the remediation and repair. The team are by far the most professional contractors we've had the pleasure of working with and when they were finished - it looks better than it ever has been before. Would absolutely recommend and use again for any remediation or rebuild-related concerns!!

I have known Dale Richmond, with First Response Services, for about 20 years. I was a Firefighter with the City of Warner Robins. Our number one fundraiser was and still is Muscular Distrophy Association. Dale and his company family would partner with us in helping raise money for muscular distrophy. I found out quickly what kind of a man he was and that his company was his family. Dale and his company specialized in cooking. Sometimes he would cook for the Firefighters. I will never forget the meals we shared that were prepared by First Response Services. I have been retired now for about 12 years. My wife and I had a lot of water damage due to a toilet leaking over night. Insurance companies sometimes have their own company that they recommend for a disaster. You can use whoever you want

Our experience with First Response Services was exceptional. After experiencing water damage from a leaking fridge, FRS helped us with water mitigation and repairs. They were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. We felt they always had our best interest at heart and treated our home like it was their own. They also assisted us with a bathroom remodel and it looks better than we imagined it would. Water damage is never fun, but all the workers at First Response made the whole process as easy as possible. Aaron did our repairs and his carpentry and flooring skills are top notch. We would highly recommend them for water mitigation, repairs and remodeling!
