Great experience with My First Service. Jesse and Robert were easy to work with, communicative, and stayed on top of the project. The painting work came out clean and professional, and everything stayed on schedule. Questions were handled quickly and the end result was exactly what we hoped for. Would definitely recommend.

Worst customer service ever. Company doesn't care about their customers after they get paid. Warranty works is almost impossible to get. More than 1 week trying to get fire doors installed properly after poor installation

Had some concerns about installation of my metal roof and the company addressed them. They were responsive and fair about resolving the issues. The metal roof is beautiful even though the flat roof couldn’t be covered which I wasn’t informed about when I contracted the job which is why I can only give 4 stars. 95% of the roof will be covered by the 50 year warranty but it’s better than shingles.

My mother practically lost her entire roof from Ian! After calling several contractors, we found first service, and Kevin came over and helped us figure it all out! I can not say ENOUGH WONDERFUL THINGS about the service, the guys (and gal) who did my moms roof and Kevin going above and beyond helping her! Her neighbors have even asked who did her roof because of how amazing her roof came out! We look forward to finishing the rest of the Hurricane repairs with first service! Thank you all for being such a great group of people! It’s companies like First Service that make our community the best!

First Service did our roof last year. After Hurricane Ian all of our neighbors had roof damage and ours is still like new! We are so appreciative. Their quality work stood the test of a Cat 4 storm! Highly recommend. Best roofer is SWFL and Veteran owned.
