Derrick came as a referral from a friend. We set an appointment to look at the storm damage. He was prompt, courteous, and was happy answer all of my questions. I really appreciate their patience in working with my insurance company. Their crew knocked the job out in 3 days. And did quality work! I would never recommend to anyone. We received great service from our sales rep Jaxson, but everything else has been a disaster. They remodeled a deck, siding, and replaced doors and a window for us. Coming up on one year and no follow thru on multiple items. Paid in full and they promised to complete with radio silence for months until I had to reach back out and baby sit to get someone back out. On top of constantly having to come out and fix items, they cost us thousands of dollars of damages we are having to fix on our own. Crews left a terrible mess, nails and sharp debris everywhere when a roll off dumpster was 20’ away, I had to spend HOURS picking it up myself after a child, a dog, and myself were injured and they still never sent anyone out. I had the siding, soffit, fascia, and flashing replaced on my house. Pat and Omar were very helpful and always quick to respond. Once the materials arrived it was all done within a week. Would work with them again.
