FIS GROUP WELDING

I had a small job fixing a railing, so I wasn't sure if I'd find someone to take it on. Ernesto responded right away & turned it around in a day! His work was precise and exactly what I requested for a very reasonable cost. Great experience & I hope to work with FIS again when I get to the bigger metal projects in my renovation.

I ordered something to be done a year ago for my house. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to be there for the job and if I was there, I would have noticed this problem a lot earlier. The person who did the job never coordinated with me for a specified date and time even after reaching out twice. They came whenever they felt like it. To top it off, the job was poorly done because a year later, everything is loose. Unprofessional and rude. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

in may of 2024 we had fis group install two custom metal gates at our house and we’re very happy with the results. everything went smoothly. we had a great meeting with ernesto who came up with a couple of valuable ideas on how to realize our project. production was quick, welding and painting took around two weeks, hard work installation took only a couple of hours. the cost was higher then from other companies that quoted our job but we wanted professionals that also speak english and so, we were glad to work with ernesto!

The reason I am writing you this review is to tell you what a wonderful job Ernesto and his team at FIS Group did, and what a professional and great team he has put together. I had Ernesto and his team quote me to install a custom stair cable railing kit. I was timely quoted a fair price to get the job done. The team arrived within five days of sending us the quote to begin the job. When they would arrive they immediately spent the first 30 minutes laying down floor covering and protection for my newly remodeled staircase. At the end of each day they sweept up any mess, and put all their garbage in a garbage bag. My job was a little bit more challenging than most because I had already installed 4 stair railing posts by myself, however, none of them would line up. Ernesto was able to

Rude, argumentative and unreliable. I ordered bronze color and got a white fence. The gate is not center on the driveway, but to one side, forcing cumbersome manuvers to get in Gave one Star because I can't gave Zero. HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
