Fish Window Cleaning

We had Fish come clean our windows last year and had a good experience so we called to get them back this year - big mistake. After leaving 2 voice mail messages with no return call I decided to call them a 3rd time. I finally got a live person who apologized and booked me an appointment for 2 weeks out. Today was my scheduled appointment at 8am. No one shows up. I wait 2 hours and still no one. I call in to the local number - no one answers. On the 3rd attempt, I get a call back from someone telling me I am not on the schedule (as if I just made up a date and time) so they would talk to the 'manager'. A couple hours go by and she called back to say sorry and they can get me in two weeks from now. Run to anyone else as you cannot reach anyone but what I assume is an answering service, they

I have used this company 4 times and find their services very good. On time, doing the cleaning quickly and professionally. Would recommend them anytime.

I would never use them they don't use blinkers while driving and also almost cause accidents all over chatham
